I just drove around the city but didn't see any street crews, maybe they are all working on power lines somewhere.

How do the city officials manage to drive there stay dry, clean and fresh and with power.

Winds were definitely a serious problem with this hurricane. Many tree limbs came down. Saw a lot of roof tiles on the ground.
