HURRICANE CAKE 

A wonderful cake ( it would be unfair to say cake, the texture is very beautiful .

HURRICANE CAKE
3 -4 tablespoons hot milk
1 teaspoon granulated coffee
2 tablespoons cocoa
Mix these ingredients first
( it should be the consistency of cake dough, let's add the milk accordingly )
5 eggs
1 Finger more sugar from half a cup of water
Half a tea cup liquid oil
Half a tea cup of milk
1 cup flour enough to leave a small gap ( sifted)
For the middle, you can apply ganache ( 3 tablespoons of cream by putting 80 g of dark chocolate and melting it when it heats up ) or breakfast chocolate .
Separate the yolks and whites of the eggs
1 Tablespoon sugar to the yolks
Whisk the butter well with the milk and flour.
Wash the mixer's feet and dry them thoroughly, beat the whites at high speed, little by little, adding the rest of the sugar, so that it becomes a foam. Gradually, let's feed the fluff that we fluffed with the help of a spatula into our cake mortar that we whipped before without extinguishing it. let's add 3/1 of it to the cocoa coffee milk mixture .
Let's spread baking paper on my large rectangular debt and pour the white mortar . After carefully pouring the coffee cocoa mortar on it . With the handle of the SPATULA (let it contact the din of the tray )

let's cook for 20 minutes on a lower upper setting of 160 serece . While the cake is warm, put the ganache on the white side and wrap it . Let it stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, you can serve it by sprinkling cocoa on it or decorating with ganache.
