It's hilarious to me that news stations STILL send their people out to stand in a hurricane so that they can tell us that there's a hurricane.

I'm glad people listened and evacuated. Even if the winds aren't that bad, the water is no joke. My uncle lives by the river in Jacksonville, NC and he left. He's been through a few hurricanes and said the only thing irreplaceable is your life. Hope the ones who stayed get through safely and the ones who left have something to come back to. Good luck guys 🙏🙏

Does these reporters doesn't know that standing in a tunnel is always experiencing more wind,, and the ships in that harbor where lying very calm in the water

I lived in Jacksonville for a time, luckily we had long been moved before this. Soooo scary. I sat through Sandy, she was supposed to hit ENC but she went around us and hit the jersey shore instead.

Notice how the journalist changed from miles per hour to kilometres per hour so they can make the storm winds sound more ferocious, after all 150kph sounds better than 90mph
