We all love you guys in times like these. We went through a three week power outage in the eighties in winter. People were cheering and waving whenever they saw a power truck.
Greatly appreciated, Sam! Thank you! Plz add a prayer for me (and my daughter) We live 1 hour away from each other..but we've BOTH just been ordered to evacuate. Gas stations are running out of gas, and the traffic to 'escape' is already horrendous. Could end up only making it 5 minutes away from our starting point. We've got quite a few obstacles to clear..but we've also got quite a LOT of faith in God! PS: Condolences regarding the late, dear Queen Elizabeth! Sending love! OH! 1 more thing...I have stage 4 cancer on top of all this!
Thank you Sir, from zephryhills Florida were in the path we will need all the help we can get we are not able to evacuate unfortunately so were hunkering down hoping for the best minimal damage prayers to all in Florida...
@@Memow-pk1ng Sarasota getting wind and rain but nothing too crazy as of yet. This past summer we had tornadoes from average storms drop off fruitville exit. It may be a doozy. Stay safe yall!
@@elvergia3714 I have weather channel on , & yes looks like outer bands are in south Fleas well , .. Rain will be a 3 day event, & worst is no power . no AC, & is HOT , & food in fridges, frezzerswill spoil !!
@@Danny451 wonderful words of wisdom , that will hopefully put her mind at ease, as well as the minds, hearts, spirits of all who are scared! Oh...if ya don't mind throwing one in for me I'd appreciate it. I'm literally right at Ians' strongest/most probable exact "track of attack"....here in the Tampa Bay. Also, I have stage 4 cancer and ''running away'' so to speak is not going to be easy for me. I'm alone. My daughter is 1 hour away so we're trying to work something out...but the problem is that BOTH she & I have now been issued mandatory evacuations🙄. THX and God bless!
I live in Orlando, Florida since 2011. This will be the second major hurricane since then. In 2017 when hurricane Irma arrived was terrible the wind sounds like a train for hours. I hope this one has mercy of us. My husband and I were suppose to depart from Tampa for a Cruise this Thursday Definitely we were notified that has been canceled. For all my Floridians neighbors be careful be safe! Pray 🙏
I'm in the area formerly officially known as Mosquito County, FL. They were covering the chicken coop last night from an the puddles over here, I'm bracing for the swarm. Maybe I should buy a beekeeper suit....
Why does the thumbnail pic on here show the eye as it has already past the keys of Florida? It's not even at the south of Cuba yet. Use a real picture and quit scaring for ad revenue and clicks.
My one piece of advice to everyone thats overlooked is have enough clean socks to last you. They are a lot more important than you think and can save your feet from alot of pain and problems early in
Long extended periods of time where you can be in adverse conditions, old socks on your feet for days at a time really starts to make you go on a physical decline all around. Your feet are your greatest asset next to your arms. Take care of them during bad conditions
@@janetpattison8474 well if your area is flooded and destroyed you can say goodbye to the thought of wearing your sandals. You're gonna be in boots/shoes working to get things back in order. Which means youll be in socks. Which means you need to change them regularly while working you dont know the next time you will have proper plumbing to clean off with as well as if you will even have enough time to take them off to air out for awhile
Been through 5 of these, 3 in one year. They aren’t nearly as bad as they make out, they are bad but you just hunker down for a few days and get some sleep.
I’m praying for my friends in Tampa I’m in lake county so we’ll get it at atleast cat 1 I’m more concerned about the coast it always gets hit the hardest.
I predict it will rake the Gulf Coast of Florida crossover to the Atlantic and rake the Atlantic coast with a heavy rain event throughout the South east as well as the Gulf Coast.
I live in Polk County, FL and and praying for all homeless cats. So, I am asking YOU, if you can, give shelter for homeless cats and kittens. May God watch over them 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
OMG!!! it's still spinning down by Cuba...."It's headed right towards Tampa!!". Cooler heads people...., this is a slow mover, wait until tomorrow afternoon before you let these people scare you.
A couple of years ago, our government revised how it measures maximum wind speed. Prior 2019, it was measured over 10 minute increments. Since, it is measured over 1 minute increments, which will lead to higher measurements of wind speed. According to Wikipedia, this results in a 14% higher speed than previously would have been measured. If Wikipedia admits that, it is probably closer to 20%, but you can decide. In either case, it makes the storm sound worse than it really is. It can still be dangerous, but just know you are being manipulated a bit by their lack of disclosure.
Yes, and for good reason! LOL.. it is exciting and hopefully NO one will get harmed , lose their home or roof, or anything, during the making of this little nature segment.
Praying for all people and please if u can get out dont stay ! How many people have stayed and storm surge swept them and there homes etc. Away ! Everytime it's down played and or people dont leave so many people die and ppl say I should of left!
Have no fear, I and the entire Orthodox Church will be praying over Florida and all will be well. 2 Chronicles 20:20. "Have faith in the LORD your God and you will be upheld; have faith in his prophets and you will be successful." BLESSINGS TO ALL ❤️☦️🌏
