That looks like a really nice property. While there was not much on the outdoors, it looked like the lot does not back directly up to another home which is a plus. But, to weigh in on your question about clear vs frosted glass doors, I definitely say frosted glass is preferable because anytime your lights are on people will have a direct line of sight into your home. Sure, there are personal reasons about security etc but the other issue is clear glass means the dogs will see and bark at everyone who walks by.

James, appreciate the kind words as always! We are very pleased with how this place turned out too! The back yard has been graded since this video was recorded and it is a blank canvas for the new owner to design, I agree the rear privacy of these lots is incredible. Oh yeah, great call on the dogs and clear glass. Our bulldogs feel like they really can eat the mailman every time he comes lol 😂 much like pretty much anyone that enters the courtyard.
