God protect all the people that are going to affected by this storm. Just happy its not as strong as it could be a hoping the surge and flooding are at a minimum. Material things can be replaced people cannot be. Stay safe.

I was born in there. Brownsville, Texas, got its name from Fort Brown, a military post established in 1846 during the Mexican-American War. The fort was named in honor of Major Jacob Brown, who died in the Siege of Fort Texas, an earlier name for the same fort. Brown's bravery and the strategic significance of the location led to the fort and subsequently the city being named Brownsville.

Yep the sky is really gonna fall, the storms are going to get extraordinarily worse. It won't matter who reports what because all knees are gonna be hitting the ground.
