The only issue is that all companies are recruiting nurses as care assistants. But in uk, you don’t have to be a nurse to be recruited as a care assistant. All you need is the care assistant training.

This is incorrect CNA is a very light certification ans can not qualify any one for any visa. check with USCIS...no work visa can be gotten below a degree or its equivalent
