Make sure your CV is not scripted. They have better internet access and can detect copy and paste CVs anytime. Be real and tell them what exactly you do. Imagine making adding this statement as part of my competencies. My hulk builds and Herculean strength enables me to provide quality health care for heavy bedridden patients without assistance in any low-resourced environment. Inability to withstand an unkempt patient and messy working environment. Just be real my dear.

Cameroonian here. I also got a nurse assistant job. From a different company though. Master's holder too. The process seems really long. Been a year now since we signed contracts. They haven't reached the stage of filling I 140. The wait time is not easy
