Another amazing video, you are both so lovely to watch no matter what you do! Hope you feel better soon, Jess! Not that you’ll probably see this but just for the future, there’s a possibility that the reason the sweet potato chips were soggy was because you seasoned them with salt before cooking, which draws out the moisture. I could be wrong, but generally I’ve found it works so much better to leave the salt till after! 😊💜

Tip for the fondue: cook the chocolate over a Bain Marie (glass bowl over boiled water) and use the steam to melt it that way you shouldn’t get chunks 👍
