Abida Awais you are so misinformed, pcos is NOT curable. Yes, certain lifestyles can help alleviate symptoms for some people but can not cure an entire medical condition. Everyone has different symptoms and are affected by it differently. Some people can eat super healthy, work out etc but still struggle with the symptoms whilst there are some who go their entire lifetime without even knowing they have pcos. Please do your research before suggesting such things.
