I like the 1st one the best as well. I don't see why she would even consider the 4th one. Maybe if she steamed or ironed # 4, otherwise it looks too messy and casual. However, being that it's a business event I would have went with outfit # 2. Add some pink or black heels and you have a business casual outfit.

The short pink dress is very pretty, fun and a little more casual. Perfect for a day event. It makes you look younger as it is a more playful style. The pink strapless dress makes you look more adult. Like someone to be taken more seriously plus you look amazing in it. It really shows off you very fit physique. Chef’s kiss! If you can’t pick between the 2 then try this: Wear the last 2! If the event is during the day, wear the short pink dress first. Then if the party extends into the night hours change into the long pink strapless dress.
