Measuring shoulders is NOT seam to seam when finding your body type. Measuring seam to seam is more so when getting measurements for a shirt. You want to take the tape measure and wrap it around your top half where your shoulders are located.If you do it how Jose proposed to do it you will always get a small shoulder size and a bigger waist. This is because you are comparing circumference(waist) with width(shoulders). That doesn’t even make sense, you should be comparing circumference with circumference.
I remember watching videos of this dude like in 2014 or so. I stopped because was just on the brag-vagon and the info was pretty half assed. Here.. he tells people to measure shoulders yet none of the calculators I found actually give you that. So he is skewing the measurements by inputing different numbers there. I am no surprised.
