There can be very sad reasons why even nice dogs like this are dumped. It can be from desperation rather than cruelty or heartlessness.

THIS!!! IMO, people did nothing because she’s a pitbull and that makes me sick!! This dog was suffering for 2 weeks(who knows what else this sweet dog went threw)!!!Doesn’t matter her breed she deserves a home and love! Thankfully these people showed up and helped her, so glad there’s a happy ending to this story.

I was wondering the same thing when I heard “two weeks”. If I see a dog tied up for a whole day where I work, I’d just assume someone came by to leave me a dog and take it home when I left work for the day. All the best to you in your recovery.

I've never seen what really happens to an abandoned dogs. Watching them starving, bugs crawling all over them. I would never abandon a dog like that. Even if I had to take them to a shelter it is better their suffering an starving. Some people don't know. They could have done so much worse. They abandoned her in a high traffic area. Why would you watch this video, to spread hate and prejudice? The fact that the article clip cites them as "pit bull inflicted" is complete bs. Most dogs called "pit bulls", don't exist as a breed. They are all mixes of terriers and other large dogs breeds. There are rarely purebred american pitbull terriers in shelters. Also no dog breeds are MORE ABUSED, MORE ABANDONED, and MORE EUTHANIZED than any dog that is a pit bull terrier mix in this country. So for your one article about the harm THEY do to humans, we can point to the thousands upon thousands of them the humans hurt, abandon and kill every year.

I agree with you and many other people! How you can dump a helpless sweet animal. I would give every thing I have to keep my animals alive and in my home with me. I love dogs and they will always be in your corner & provide unconditional love. My parents also rescued and picked up animals to save. I did the same with my kids and they all love animals and have a ❤ ! Thank God there are people like us in this world. 😂

Wouldn't be alive if it was tied up or left without food or water that long. Didn't look dirty, skinny, unhealthy, or injured... I'm really suspicious they coulda nabbed a decent person's dog. Wasn't used for fighting or breeding either. None of this adds up.
