Tylenol 3s have codeine so its not just tylenol its similar to cough syrup. The lining in your stomach isnt gonna cause you to bleed in your urine lol. Maybe your poop. Pissing blood would be kidneys liver or bladder. So maybe he was taking to much acetaminophen and hurt his liver butit wouldnt make you piss blood from your stomach hahah
