Hi sorry for delay & no problem at all, mine was from the same year 06 model cr125 but from 2001 onwards are all the same iirc.

Hi & awesome mod! Btw I Wouldn't worry about the tps, just leave it disconnected. They use tps's in modern 250 2/'s to TAME the power & its common for folk to run them disconnected. Hopefully it don't throw your Ecu light on dash..... if so it should still run sweet tbf.....👍

BOB131 so does the power valve system still run without the tps on I was just wondering because I'm going to fit the carb tomorrow and just hoping the power valve still operates and thanks for the info mate :)

No problem, it should all be fine dude. The tps only affects the cdi unit(changes timing to restrict power or 2/ HIT) I was still using the electric power valve with NO battery & no tps. It did its powervalve "check" once she was started lol👍. Do you have the larger inlet manifold ready, from cr/wr 125? Or you gonna YOLO her?? haha.

BOB131 I have a cr manifold I thought I'd cover my arse and byy that first😂 I just thought it wouldn't work without the tps I've nearly got my husqy finished now Carnt wait to get her out now💨
