I have a old husqvarna 340 that my grandfather had, it has simular problems like this one. Have cleaned the carburettor several times and adjusted it as well into factory spec but the saw won't run properly at all, I have had in mind to buy a carbkit for it the direframe may be 30+ years old....

Choke, 1 click down to fast idle for a few to warm up and then hit throttle to take it off fast idle is proper start procedure from cold.

That’s a very popular kit and you should keep about 4/6 of them The oem carbs are better than the Chinese replacement 😢😊😊😊
