Husqvarna 525LS Bog Repair 

For now, I have to slightly choke it to keep it running. Carb adjustment doesn't seem to do much and there's only like about a 1/4 turn. Guess I'll rip into it at some point. I need to go find and old 223L. Those were great!!!

The screwdriver thing is because you're efficient and at ease with the job at hand. Like a great drummer throws in embellishments here and there, or twirls his drumsticks to make it interesting. Not so much for the fans, but for themselves

The 2 I bought out of the box run like crap. (returned one back to Lowes and then bought one from the local Husky dealer) Warmed up it has that studder and never goes away. I tried adjust the almost unadjustable straight slot screws and it didn't phase it. Just acts cold all the time. Used the canned gas and used my gas. No difference. I have an old 223L that can run circles around it. That 223 screams and it smooth and lighter. I really don't want to go back to the dealer because if I've gotten 2 out of the box that run this way, I'll ass-u-me that they all run like that. There are folks out there that don't really know how one is suppose to run.......I'd even say including the dealers. So a moot point to bring it in, not to mention it's 35 miles away and I'm sure I'll here "come back in a few days". Then, "we didn't find anything wrong with it". This is for me a mediocre weed eater at best. Sad they don't make the 223L anymore.

I just bought mine, ran out for 10 minutes no problem, started it again 30 minutes later, idles fine but give any throttle and it dies... Wonder if they put some grease or something that gets into that carb filter.

Hey, I can tell someone knows what they are doing here. But what is that pump up tool being used there? What does it do? What are common pressures? What are good and bad pressures? What does that check? What exact screwdriver tool is used to adjust the screws on a 525L? I enjoyed that clip but.I am trying to learn here. My Lowes purchase was just like another guy here. Used a tank of premix and now it just won't run after it warms up. The manual tells owner to turn out 2 1/2 turns to star t fine adjustments. and the screws won't let me do that. Can't adjust the screws more than half a turn.

Why do the clutches in these things rattle so bad? At least it seems to be the clutch.

I have a question about my Husqvarna 525L it runs like it’s scalded dog when cutting but once you let off the throttle it dies instantly. When I adjust the high and low I get a change in the motor when I adjust the high but on the low it doesn’t change anything the way it runs

So what was the actual problem of it bogging down mine is doing same thing

I have the same trimmer but after it warms up, if you don’t constantly keep your finger on the trigger it’ll keep dying other than that it runs like a scalded dog plenty of power what do you think the issue is? Like you can’t start it up sit it on the ground and let it run because it shuts off quickly.

So what is the part number on the carb kit

We bought 4 of these 525L from Lowe's a month ago. 3 of them are currently not running. They are complete junk. Lowe's refuses to exchange or refund so I'm stuck either repairing myself or taking to a repair shop. Completely disgusted.

Would you happen to know if this (525LK/535LK) use the same attachments the 128LD I currently have does? Or would I have to buy all new if I was to upgrade?
