Your video stands out head and shoulders above other reviews. For me, it’s good to see what the tool can do in professional hands and to see how long the battery lasts is very useful as I’m used to petrol machines and was concerned about having to keep recharging or changing batteries through the day. From this video I imagine 2 batteries would easily last a day. Good work, lovely to see someone who takes care over their work, well done!

Hi mark! Thank you very much that is very kind of you🙌🏽🔋 These machines are fantastic I genuinely love using them! Yes you are there or there abouts, I would have 3 to be safe, as in time they will lose battery life a little. But 2 will get you through most days just doing annual trimming 😄🙌🏽

Very nice work that is .I use the Stihl domestic make of cordless kit now for hedge trimming and could never go back to petrol ,I find their domestic range is very well built too as good as the professional range and light .That Husky is a fantastic bit of kit and sounds nice too when cutting .Keep those blades well oiled too .I always take a can of spray grease -lube when out cutting, just give blades a spray .You'll soon hear when they need doing as sounds dry.

Absolutely Dave! I always have a can in the van, super important to keep on top of the lubricant when trimming! The battery range is definitely where it needs to be for the hedge trimming game 😄🙌🏽

nice job & review mate. always a tough choice between husky,stihl, echo etc.stihl have served me well for around 20 year so not complaing.going to give the hla 66 a try next season. I think husky have a higher cutting speed which I prefer for small leaf hedges.keep up the good work mate.

Thank you very much ! Yeah I think it’s a battle that will go on for the length of time, quite honestly I’m not a stihl user but I would use them and be equally happy I imagine! Yeah they do and it’s nice to have, like I said though most the time I would happily cut on Eco mode, the higher speed is only really needed for going through some of the thicker stuff 🙌🏽🌳. Thanks for watching bud👍🏼

Nice job there! I’ve been debating on whether to start making the switch to battery powered - with husky being the strongest contender but was put off by the product descriptions saying you only get 1-2 hours out of each battery. Seeing how much you got out of this set up’s been really helpful! Great videos, keep it up!

Hi Amy! Really depends on the batteries you go for 🙂 something like the BLI 200 onwards is your best best!😄 the 200 is a great balance of power and weight, I always keep an eye out on eBay for any second hand that are just good for back ups 🙌🏽🌱🔋

I'm starting to make the switch over to Husqvarna this season, nice work on the hedge Sam, and great review 👌 For me quality of the finished product trump's how fast I can get a job done, I'd have taken my time too.

Yes definitely, it’s totally worth spending a bit more time and yourself and the customer being happy ! Husqvarna really is great I can’t fault any of their hedge cutting equipment, you won’t be disappointed !

Good review Sam. In 25 years I’ve never used or tried husqvarna.😳. Got used to stihl and stuck with it.

Thanks mate ! Struggling to keep the videos short 😂. Aim in 2021 is to limit to around 10 minutes. Oh really ? They have a higher cutting speed the battery stuff.. would be worth the test to see if you can compare.. although if your happy and it isn’t broke...

Nice work and a lovely bit of kit. We have the Stihl equivalent, wouldn't go back to petrol now 👍

Thank you very much 🙌🏽. I have also heard great things about the Stihl, I don’t believe there is much difference apart from the Husqy is about 1000 cuts per minute faster. Both great products for tidy work 🙌🏽. Battery is definitely the future, pretty much taking over already in the trimmer world..😄

@@JayRockGroundsMaintenance Yes both great brands, probably the best along with Echo as well. All with their pros and cons. Can't go too wrong with tools from any of those 3 brands. Lovely hedge work that. All the best 👍

Thanks for sharing! :) What charger do you use QC330 or QC500 and how long does the Bli200 take to charge?
@JayRockGroundsMaintenance
@JayRockGroundsMaintenance 2 года назад
Hi Alan ! It’s the 330 I have, a BLI200 charges up from dead in around half an hour, brilliant bit of kit 💪🏽🌱
