Hustler NZ * NZ Police called * Surprise ending

Myself & family moved to NZ years ago, and the police we have interacted with, we have found to be extremely relaxed & professional. Especially compared from where we moved from. All that changed not long ago from a couple of bad eggs of the LAC in the area that acted beyond their powers, they burglarised our home, forcing/breaching front door entry, & also smashed a bedroom window whilst banging on it, all whilst our retired K9 (that we brought to NZ with us) was protecting our property from within our home, and was the last line of our properties defense, whilst the Constables attempted three times to b & e our home, our K9 stopped them from making full entry. Luckily, we had all of it on CCTV systems, & our neighbors (along with some tradesmen working on another home) whom were home witnessed the event. They had no warrant, no lawful reason to even be on our property (basically, they screwed up), there's a lot more to the story. And it will be coming out in a Commonwealth Court of Law in the form of Private Prosecution, Civil Processes & Trespass notices to the 2 Constables. They lied on the event report that I gained through OIA request/s, and then lied through their interview with the IPCA (even changing their stories from the original entries). They screwed up big time. There's a lot more evidence we hold that exhibits not only their ineptitude, but also their disregard of the law. It's a shame a couple of bad eggs can ruin a whole Dept. If you want any further information, would be more than happy to expand. It's also interesting that one of the Constables is a sibling of a very senior officer within that LAC, & even received a first loser award whilst graduating her wing, yet didn't win, it was just a token gesture (talk about corrupt). Anyway, our family is looking to hold these persons (I call them persons, because they're not fit to hold an LEO status) criminal activities to task in a court of law. We will also be holding the IPCA at task in a court of law over their handling of the complaint. What really hurts, is that they did not leave a card or any message they had been there, no notification. We found out after arriving home after work & seeing the damage, & even after the neighbor explained to us & we reviewed the footage, the LAC refused to confirm they even attended our property, until I explained I had it on CCTV/Sec systems. Anyway, we are looking forward to exposing these corrupt Constables for what they perpetrated & the laws they broke (for which they are entrusted to enforce) as soon as possible.

Disgusting behavior by the police! Absolutely no excuse for it! How many times do you have to say no before it means no? Imagine if this officer picked a woman up in a bar and she said "I don't want to have sex with you, you're scaring me" his reply would be "I'm not scaring you I'm just trying to pleasure you" No means no even if you wear blue.

Your are a national hero! Police accountability and making sure they understand our freedoms and democracy is extremely important. Thank you for your service.

Great audit, when old mate came out of the factory at first, you could have educated him, the place is cool, your work is exemplary at all times, we cannot always be 100% right, I applauded your honesty with the captions..

I get that you want to film a very cool building which it certainly is with the footage you rightly took, but you must understand that there are other human beings about in that area just trying to do their job. If you had had a normal convocation with the gentleman who approached you in a very calm and professional manner and explained your intentions which we all know with watching this video were not with malace. I believe the police being called and as you stated 4-5 men in suits would not have been disturbed. I find the manner in which you conducted yourself by walking away from the police and not having a convosation with the gentleman at the begining only asks for unnecessary escalation from others who also have a right to know what is going on if in their mind means there could be a potential risk to staff and property which in certain circumstances and depending on the invividuals involved could be fair to say after walking around the entire building with a camera. You are well within your rights there is no doubt about that but communicating what you are doing when approached and rightfully so by the gentleman at the beginning and then the police is a great way to de-escalate the situation. I read the bio of this video and agree with what you say but concerned for your wellbeing when you say "I did not want to talk to them, I wasn't interested in anything they had to say about anything." it is rather concering as these are men and woman who were just trying to do their job and the way they approached you in this video at the start as well as the gentleman from the begining was nothing but professional and courteous towards you. Perhaps next time you rightfully film a beautiful building from a public location (the street/road) and potentially get approached either by the police or those who work there you communicate with them your intentions because you are well within your rights but explaining yourself saves are world of pain there would no need for a police presence requested by the workers in the premisis or any unessacarry escaltaion in tensions or actions against you who is ultimatly just filming cool architecture. Remember you are filming that is irrefutable evidence of everything that happend so if you do explain your intentions after being approached for filiming a location and they act outside of any reasonable boundries or the law you have it on film so there is nothing lost when communicating only stuff to gain

I haven't seen that tatic of keeping a 20m distance before. It was extremely effective. Well done. Also I've never seen such a smart reaction from a company in one of these audit videos. That was exactly how to handle it.

I dont know where in the auditing community that the phrase 'i don't answer questions ' came from but its the most idiotic thing to say especially when they answer questions after saying it 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I was taught by my father that if you didnt want to respond to a question all you had to say is 'NO COMMENT' it then gives you the ability to selectively answer questions YOU WANT and keeps you in control of the interaction.

Should have come out with the freebies on the first encounter, might have been better than accusations of wrong doing.

Yeah I've been looking into the NZ law around filming....it's pretty much similar to the states, where you can film in public without consent, and public places and council buildings etc. Been thinking about starting a channel doing similar stuff with random buildings across NZ
