Peter preached the first Gospel sermon in Acts 2. When they heard his sermon it says the where cut to the heart and asked Peter, who had the keys to the kingdom as promised by Jesus in Matt 16, what shall we do? What did he say? Look it up for yourself in Acts 2.
Galatians 5:1 - Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. 2 Corinthians 3:17 - Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord [is], there [is] liberty. We don't have to follow man.
now, it depends on how this verse gets interpreted, Christ had made us free from our sins, if we repent, and by that he made us free of Satan's bondage. we were never told to follow man, even before Jesus, people were to follow God's commandments. Holy Spirit and liberty does not mean we can live or do as whatever we want. The Scripture should be the guidline.
From what I understand its a works salvation 😥 ...This would be ideal living together with TRUE born again believers that are of the same mind ...One Faith...One Lord...One Baptism 💞 ....I was told they teach before you get baptized you must confess your sins to the elder ...We confess to Abba, Father God in heaven through Christ Jesus! ONLY ONE mediator between God and man and thats Jesus! ...I pray they truly see this ...copying sermons over and over is NOT instruction by the Holy Spirit ...its following man ...
kelly jeffries They find their spouses from other colonies. There's lots of visiting that goes on between various colonies. Even after a woman gets married and leaves her colony she goes back to visit her home colony. I've been to a Hutterite wedding. It's a three day celebration
maybe for the same reason families have a 'children's table" ? So the children can talk among themselves while the adults have adult conversations? just a thought...
The family dinner table has proven to be essential for the function of a family. I believe it’s wrong to separate the children from their parent’s while eating. We ate dinner together for as long as I can remember. The on,y time my dad did not eat there was when he was out of town at work.
I love the people of Anabaptist faith. The only problem is they are cultic and have added unnecessary laws set by their bishops much like the Pharisees.
Please follow a Hutterite gal Giselle waldner on tube we are not a cult. She tries to show the world life as a Hutterite gal you will have a better understanding
@@karaklein5348 This lady's colony is an independent colony, that I think is evangelical, it was excommunicated from.mainline hutterites. There ate several born again Colonies. The mainline ones are not usually evangelical.
On the surface of the video presentations you see on UTube, you would expect that Hutterites to have achieved a profound degree of spiritual purity since that is said to be the sole aim of their separated lifestyle. YET, when you see/listen to interviews of Hutterites of all ages, the only idea they clearly present is that they see the need for keeping rules/regulations that some previous patriarch has devised and that they by keeping this system going is going to achieve salvation in the eyes of the deity they hope to represent. This is a game of arbitrary rule keeping in hope of a future life reward. Perhaps they need to take stock of their present spiritual attainment and see if their rule keeping is furthering the development of their innate human potential toward a meaningful lifespan.
Judeo Christian belief is based on Torah/Law Jesus said I have not come to destroy the Law/Torah but fulfil it. That is what He said “Baptise me John that all member of things may be fulfilled. When Jesus said “A New Commandment I give unto you, that you love one another as I have loved you.” He meant the future shedding of His Blood for the Remission of ALL sins. One does not replace the other but fulfils it all.
You are 100% correct! Not Christian at all They admit it They do no preaching of the good news They do not allow converts, not even anyone from outside to attend a meeting And they refuse to even talk about the Bible with anyone not in their group!! Definitely not Christians of the first century But a bussiness commune tightly controlled by traditions of men Evil ungodly men at that And I will confess to them, I never knew you
Math, reading and science are secular? Dying to self to focus on communal living rather than dying to self and letting Christ take over. Preventing children from pursuing their God-given talents, such as music. Is this doing God's work? Huddling in a commune rather than living together and evangelizing in the cities where people need God the most. (Work, work, work!) Even God rested-on the 7th day Sabbath. Unbiblical doctrines. Intent sounds OK, but is rather selfish and sounds more like self-preservation than doing what Jesus commanded: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations…baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Teaching them to observe all things which I have commanded you." Where is this commandment in this lifestyle?
No need to worry. God is on the hutterites' side and he protects them from the things that keep you up at night. they sleep soundly knowing that they won't get raped, robbed, beaten, gunned down, murdered, shot, stabbed, molested, & assaulted. you, on the other hand, don't know the danger that might await you when you walk out your door everyday. so please, do yourself a favor and stop worrying about what God is already protecting. Worry about you and yours.
