After almost 4 years with the Huum drop I can say, you can't prevent the bending of the heating elements. Even if you you a very precice and careful during stacking. Because of the heating cycles, the stones will move anyway and deform the elements slowly. That is called creep deformation. But not the less the oven works still perfect and if the will exist an issue, there are spare elements available.
