The real challenge is to develop sustainable sanitation solutions
which work at the urban scale. As much as 30% of fresh water in
urban areas is used to flush down human waste. We also loose all
the valuable nutrients which are needed in food production.
How can we make change happen?
The video is part of The Dry Collective's exhibition 'Huussi - Imagining the future history of sanitation', commissioned and produced by Archinfo for the Pavilion of Finland at the 18th International Architecture Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia.
