Thank you so much! Much appreciated! I've used Auto CAD in college to create some diagrams for a blue prints reading class. Thanks for watching! New videos every week:) Sending blessings from NYC!
JMT you not only know your trade but you can be a great teacher. Did you think about it ? If not you should. Good luck and thanks for another great video. 👍
Amazing video very informative looking forward to getting to change one of these. Seems simple enough and I like that little flat trick to get the drain going could have used that the other day.
Thank you so much! Appreciate your feedback & you watching. The flathead trick is a good one :) Glad you learned something new & found this video informative. Be sure to stick around because I come out with a new video every week. Happy Thanksgiving!
Great video ! I have those valve's all over my building its good to know how they come apart if we ever had to replace one. And we have the same air handling units as well. Not bad units easy to maintain , biggest we have is 60Hp 32,000 cfm unit. Good stuff man I love the video's so far as am in commercial myself here in the city too.
Thank you so much! I really appreicate your feedback. These valves seem to be popular but I hear mixed reviews on them. If you're ever going to change one, know this is a 2 man job. I really pushed it doing it alone but I did it for the video lol Glad you're enjoying the videos. Awesome man😎 HVAC & NYC. Practically brothers😁 Thanks for watching & enjoy your weekend
i had a question these actuators vavles... we have 2 chillers in the penthouse. i have been running chiller 2 on over this winter. Now i want to give chiller 2 a rest and I try to turn on Chiller 1 valve from the BMS system. The evaporator side valve open and the relay is on. But the condenser actuator valve will not open. i even try to open it manually and when i punch it back. it automatically went to close? does this mean that the relay is not working ?
THE BY-PASS VALVE WITH REVERSED ACTION. DURING THE CONTROL VALVE DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE, THE BY-PASS VALVE MUST BE OPEN. AND ONCE THE CONTROL VALVE IS ASSEMBLED, THE BY-PASS VALVE MUST BE CLOSED.
