My locks are working fine at the moment but I regularly lubricate them as camping near salt water can quickly cause issues if not lubed. If I was to replace mine, I reckon I would use something like this lockable sash lock below. If you wanted to remove and replace the letter box style locks; it would involve pulling out the whole bar assembly which I believe is siliconed in place and quite a big job. Muz can I ask mate where would be a good place to start for a caravan? I'm gonna buy one I think when I arrive and travel WA a bit and decide where to settle. Need Aircon and dec my bed etc. Creature comforts etc. Any suggestions? Seems like there is so many designs. Crazy amount
I reckon Facebook Marketplace if second hand. So many vans for sale due to home loan interest rates. Make a list of the must haves like aircon and ensuite etc.
