for the hybrids i feel like the roars do genuinely fit them better since, they're genetically modified and it'd be possible for them to actually be able to roar.
Yes the whole point they were created was to “have a bigger show” to draw in more profit they say this in Jw “people aren’t scared of regular dinosaurs anymore” they would be genetically modified to be able to roar to be as loud and terrifying as possible that’s why the ankylodocus sounds so haunting it was made to be like that
i mean normal dinosaurs could roar too...depending on what you consider a roar, crocodiles can also make some super loud roar like sounds and sometimes ratites like cassowaries can make fairly loud sounds there is 0 reason for non avian dinosaurs to not be able to make loud sounds either
Some of the hybrids sound like they’re in agony, as if the fact they shouldn’t have ever existed is now tormenting them. Would’ve been cool if themes like this were followed in the Jurassic world trilogy. Good work G.
OK, had the vocals for the Indo and Scorpios heard here, been used in the movie/show, that would have made for a much better product. The Scorpius actually sounds psychotic (to the point where at 2:44 I jumped and removed my headphones) and the Indo really sounds demonic. Amazing work you've done here!
I’m planning on making a dinosaur related stop motion soon and some of the vids will feature a “hybrid dinosaur island” w lots of dangerous hybrids. Vids like these really help me when it comes to modifying Mattel’s jw figures and turn them into fearsome and unique hybrids
Phenomenal job on this entire video! First of all, I love how the vocals for these hybrid dinosaurs. I can definitely tell you researched different vocal studies on what certain dinosaurs sound like, and you did a brilliant job incorporating that in the sounds these hybrids would make. Second of all, I LOVE these designs so much! All of them are so well thought out because not only do they look like real animals and show how these these hybrids would look if they were real, but you also make them still look like hybrids that were made in a lab. I also love how you made the Indomius, Indoraptor, Scorpious, and Ultimasurus look like real dinos, but still look like monsters, like they don't entirely look 100% real because you know, they're hybrids. Honestly, not much else I can say, 100000/10!
@Diictodon I'm being serious about this. What made you think it was sarcasm? The fact that it was long, or the fact that I'm praising it? Edit: also looking at what I wrote, yes I did write one of the points twice, so yeah sorry about that
I don’t understand why, but the indominus rex sounds like a monster moaning i guess, but that’s just me. Love your interpretations of them bois btw, keep up the amazing work homie
I always question, why in Jurassic park/world the genetics team have to make giant monsters instead of I don't know, combining golden retriever with Velociraptors? Not Husky because the drama will probably be doubled.
Because they did that on purpose they wanted to make more profit and since regular dinosaurs weren’t drawing as much of a crowd anymore they made the hybrids they’re whole existence was made to make more profits the bigger and cooler/scarier the hybrid the more profit
1:55 Now that’s a better design for the Scorpius rex! I never liked the original design, its body is clearly just an indoraptor, but with a majungasaurian head; which just makes it look plain derpy. Its body is lanky, the colors are dull, it looks like a “Land Before Time” sequel villain. This design is a GREAT improvement! It’s not just taking the Indoraptor and making it look derpy; it actually attempts to make it look like a majungasaur with some modifications. I know you didn’t make the art; but still, you made a good pick. (Edit: I would just like to further clarify my dislike towards the Scorpius rex’s design, so I won’t get more reply’s telling me “But it was a failed experiment! So it makes sense!” My issue with the design isn’t just that it’s ugly (and not in a scary manner, this just looks derpy) but mainly because I don’t find it very creative. All I see is the Indoraptor, just given a redesign; and not even a good one. I think I’ve seen Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter mods that make better designs than this; and even Itcthyovenator made a redesign of the Indominus rex, including a majungasaurian head, that looks a million times better than the Scorpio. I just find it a very bland, and just mediocre. I get why people like it, I am just not very a fond of it.)
The Scorpios design is perfect for what it is, Dr Wu's first hybrid that failed. And in my opinion, the art this person chose is a terrible depiction of the creature. It looks really, really bad.
Can you please give credit to the artists work that you featured in the video? I'd like to support them, and it's the right thing to do. Apart from that, it's a great vocalization study.
Never expected to see a video like this.. I FW it. Especially since im guessing that these vocalisations are for the animals if they were actual animals, and not genetic freaks against god
Indominus Rex is made of T-Rex Velociraptor Giganotosaurus Therizinosaurus Carnotaurus Majungasaurus Deinosuchus So you should use the sounds of these Animals
I didn't like how the hybrids sounded in the movie. for me, their roars could've been more unique. most of them sounded almost the same. I'm glad Camp Cretaceous gave the Scorpius Rex unique sounds.
