What I did was toss the qdc cable and replaced it with a flush 2 pin (aful performer 8 cable to be exact) and ended up with spinfit w1 tips. Absolutely perfect. Those tips grip the nozzle, same with the dunu s+s but those wouldn’t stay in my ears once they’d get moist. I couldn’t get a good fit with the qdc cable on an iem that compact. My ears fan out a bit so that qdc was just digging itself into my left ear. Sorry for posting 3 comments in a row lol.
I highly recommend spinfit w1 tips or dunu ss tips. W1 feels the best for me, also think it sounds ever so slightly better. This has become a daily driver for me I love it so much! That’s high praise, I prefer it over the p5 and p8. Everything is so smooth lush and controlled yet dynamic and musical. Doesn’t lack details either, they just aren’t thrown in your face.
I agree! It's not a detail monster, but it presents details in a natural and clean way that doesn't take away from the experience. I also liked to pair this with the S&S, but I found the Tangzu Sancai balanced tips to pair with the EM6L the best.
@@apollomoonlandings I have tried it on non-vented sets and they definitely decrease the pressure, but not entirely. Foam tips still does the best job for relieving air pressure, but Sanca's are definitely some of the best silicone-based eartips that do it. I personally love the Sancai's more because of how good they are on larger than usual nozzles which, the EM6L is larger than usual
Thanks man! Unfortunately, my editing software and I have a love-hate relationship and these things happen very frequently. I'll see what I can do to fix this ^_^
thank u for the great review. Do u recommend a USB AMP&DAC when using this for gaming purposes ? Games are mainly apex and pubg. If yes what amp&dac's u would recommend?
