Finally getting Air Conditioning on the Integra! Completely worth the few hours it took to throw all the lines back on. This is really for K swapped cars that have retained ABS, as well.
What you'll need for the swap:
-Hybrid Racing Kit for 94-01 Integra
-Bando 7KP1700 belt (with ep3 idler kit and no p/s pump)
-K20 A/C compressor
What stays on the car:
-Factory Condenser to Drier line
-Factory Drier to Evaporator line
-Factory Condenser, Evaporator, and Drier
Relay wiring:
-Blue wire from HR relay to Factory B series ECU Connector A (32P) PIN A17 BLK/RED
-Black wire from HR relay to Factory B series ECU Connector A (32P) PIN A27 BLU/RED
-White wire from HR relay to Factory B series ECU Connector A (32P) PIN A3 BLUE
-Yellow wire from HR relay to Body Ground. I used an M6x1.0 threaded hole directly ECU.
Compressor Wiring:
K20 Compressor Clutch wire goes to Factory Integra B series Compressor Clutch wire on Driver's side.
