We sure do Dianne. Thank you, I appreciate your comments. I don’t think I had really paid much attention when walking through Hyde Park in Autumn before.. I think when I look with a camera, I notice a lot more.. haha.
Thank you Connie. I don’t think I’ve seen the Hyde Park trees all changing colour at the same time.. A couple of the shots towards the end were great with all the sunlight lighting up the trees.
OMG Shirley. I was amazed how different Hyde Park looked with all the leaves changing colour. I think all the leaves would’ve dropped off the trees by now after all the really heavy rain we have had today.
A kaleidoscope of vibrant colours all laid on my mother nature! Love the way you use the reflections on the water as another screen. A few glimpses of the endless blue skies, and don't they prove the a great backdrop to the vibrancy and beauty of the changing season. You have the knack of catching "the moment" when mother nature is at her best. Love the second music, its almost as if we are waving goodbye to the season. It's a novalty to us as we've only ever visited Perth in summer, when everything is green and wearing their summer colours. In UK we've just had a week of high twenties temperatures, they broke last night with thunderstorms and torrential rain. This morning so far we've had nearly 2 inches of rain so far, we're forecast for thunderstorms and heavy rain through out the weekend. The garden needs the rain, but it would be nice if it only rained overnight! Take care. Stay safe❤️
Would you believe I really hadn’t paid much attention to the changing seasons in Hyde Park before Rosemary? Getting out and about filming has really made me stop and notice and take the time to actually appreciate it. We often take things for granted I think where we live and don’t always notice or appreciate the world around us. Yes I liked the second piece of music too. I did think it danced with the trees.. We have had much cooler nights here in Perth.. tonight it’s going to get down to 6º. OMG, you had a week of high twenties sounds great, just what you all needed.. shame it had to come to an end with thunderstorms… it’s amazing how the weather can change so much from day to day.. We are heading into a rather rainy weekend here. Haha.. yes It always rains when you are getting out and about… never when you are tucked up asleep in bed. 😝. Chat soon. ❤️
Amazing peaceful scenery. The drone shots are brilliant not to mention the music was just right. During my trip to Perth, I visited Hyde Park multiple times so it was nice to get a glimpse of it again. Thanks for another great video Grant.
Hey Shiva. Thank you, glad I could bring back some memories for you. I guess you probably enjoyed some time in the park with you son.. Awesome that you liked the drone shots.. I hope to include more of those when I get to know my new toy better.. 😜👍
Thank you Dex, yes Hyde Park looks rather special at Autumn. I don’t think I had really paid too much attention to it before. The orange leaves look amazing.
Breathtakingly beautiful, my old stomping ground, that has just grown more gracious and inviting over all these years. I used to walk this path, kicking through the scrunching autumn leaves to push my daughter on the swings and feed the ducks 40 years ago. Some things never change and hold their beauty forever, just like Autumn 🍂 Grant you have rekindled some moments and memories sealed upon my heart through the glorious gift you have of capturing the beauty of the beauty we’ve all been given in this garden 🪴 Thankyou for the blessings
Oh wow Kim thank you. Yes that would have been your old stomping ground.. was mine for a while to when I lived around the corner in Lake St.. I used to walk my dog at the park.. I had forgotten just how beautiful it was.. Forever changing.. but still staying the same in so many ways.. The big trees look amazing in Autumn.. Hopefully by spring the swans will have some new babies! 😄🦢❤️
Thank you Bob.. OMG Yes I have got myself a drone.. you really got my interest going after seeing your pics and videos. It’s great, just taking it easy learning all the ropes. So much to learn! 🤪😀👍
Thank you so much Shirley. I am jut getting to know the drone and work it all out.. This was my first video with some drone shots, so I really appreciate your feedback.
Thank you Ray. Omg.. I have forgotten what the name of the song is. Sorry I have just checked back through my video’s for you but I cant find it, I must have deleted it. I got the song from a royalty free site for music that you can use on youtube. So love that you have connected with the music, it normally takes me ages to find the “right” piece of music that goes with the feel of the videos. Thanks heaps! 😀
Clicked on thinking Hyde Park Sydney...no...oh it must be Hyde Park London...nuh...Hyde Park in Perth?...who knew?...this easterner certainly didn’t..and I thought Autumn was beautiful in Melbourne...(it is!)....another to add to my list when next I visit WA....thanks Grant...
Haha. Omg your comments made me laugh Terence. Yes, who knew there were so many Hyde Parks.. Guess they are all based on Hyde Park in London (Perth is I think). And to think I used to look at these big trees and think what a mess they make when all the leaves fall off.. but in the process they do look amazing as they change colour. Melbourne would be beautiful in Spring..
@@GrantMenner Autumn is actually the best time in Melbourne imho..beautiful sunny days and cold evenings..perfect for rugging up and eating lots of comfort food!...sadly those days have now just ended so we now have a few months of dreary skies and rain...which of course makes us appreciate Spring when it finally does arrive....
@@terencemccarthy8615 yes its great to have the sunny days.. sounds like you prefer Autumn to Summer then.. I must say I do like the colder evenings too, so nice pulling that big quilt up when you go to bed. We have a cold and wet weekend ahead here in Perth too.. 5º tonight..
