You intelligent people are thretning the public not to buy property in telangana. If any one percent effect govt has to take care of them. Heading is objectionable.
Now telangana cannot be taken as best real estate market. Already 42% dropped, in another 3 to 6 months I fthink real estate will drop 75% . No new city or no new projects , no new investors, no new buyers. Now all builder in association definitely will think twice on investment in telangana.

I don't understand after corona what has happened in Telangana for hike in real-estate. No new companies, jobs no new development. People are buying in fomo that they won't get house if they won't buy now.
