I make biryani twice a week and i make sure it is being made in a clean and hygenic way and the other thing i make sure is that i dont waste even a single grain of rice if it did end up being thrown out of the pot i clean that up and feed that to the birds. Every shops and restaurants making rice does that they waste too much which makes me sad.

Это зона для приготовления пищи, обеденная зона находится сзади, и она чистая. Согласен, это его вина. Ему следует оставить там мусорное ведро и положить в него полиэтиленовые пакеты.
