ingredients:-
1.300 gm chicken
1 cup brown onion
.100-200 gm curd
4-5 green chilli
.100 ml oil
1 tsp garam masala/biryani masala
1 kg basmati rice
2 tsp degi mirch powder
fresh mint
whole spices
chop coriander
2 tbsp desi ghee

Hi! Many people show to use brass dishes to marinate chicken or cook food without tin coating. Is it safe. I am a senior citizen. My experience says not to use brass and copper or iron kadai to marinate chicken or other things.

Sir you used copper pot for the marinate biryani .you added curd and lemon juice in it .isn't it harmful due to chemical reactions of copper and lemon and curd ?
