No problem! I can't help myself when it comes to references. As it was, I had more scientific articles that I couldn't fit in the video! The science is out there, but it's so hard for people with limited energy to read it all. I hope to make it more accessible via videos.

Good point re salt making some conditions worse! Ménière’s disease and some vestibular disorders can be worsened by increased sodium.

Good to know. It's important we tailor our supplements and remedies to our individual bodies and diagnoses

I'm ME/CFS and OI. I also feel thirsty all the time and find electrolyte drinks help much better than water.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, it seems a lack of electrolytes translates into a feeling of thirst, so it's not just about the water.

What brand is ur water bottle ?

I'm not sure honestly. It was just a cheap one from Target I think. But any similar water bottle should do. It just needs to have a built in straw within it, so you don't have to lift the bottle all the way up to have a drink.
