Hydroflask: amzn.to/3Qba6ew Yeti: amzn.to/3BfXoqO My brother and I wanted to see which bottle’s insulation was better. We decided to my Hydroflask and his YETI by putting ice in them and leaving them for 24 hours.
Not a fan of either. No dog in this fight. But naturally you'll have more water from the hydro. Its a larger container than the yeti, which means more space to keep cool with the same amount of ice. I'd like to see the test with both containers being the same size.
I have a 32 oz Ozark Trail stainless steel water bottle I picked up at Walmart for 11.42 with tax adds up to 12.16 and it keeps ice cold and water cold for almost three days even out in the direct sunlight. I also have a 24 oz ozark trial stainless steel water bottle too and it does the same but the 24 oz was almost 9 bucks. I also bought the 24 oz ozark bottle at Walmart too. Best money I ever spent. I would never spend that much money on a water bottle. And the 24 oz keeps drinks hot up to 7 hours but I haven’t tested the 32 oz ozark bottle out for hot liquids because I only use that one for water only. Thanks for making that video. I’m glad I didn’t waste my money on either of them.
Different sizes make a big difference. Hydroflask also has double-insulated lids and you left the ice in the hydro flask also when you first poured the ice the glass was warmer than the second glass you can clearly see it.
I got a hydro 5 years ago. It was great but when I went to get a new one, they were cheaply made and didn’t stay cold over and 4 hours. I’m looking at getting a yeti and this was great!
It’s simple you calculate the ratio of ice your adding by weight percentage and add the same ratio to the hydro flask. It’s obvious that the smaller containment is going to keep it cooler because it has more cooling area.
Yeti did not win you added same amount of ice into a smaller container by volume you should have added more ice to the hydro flask of the same ratio of smaller one.
Jok3R. IX bro the yeti is literally #1 insulting cups/mugs it’s on paper and has already been proven, nothing outperforms the yeti, only con for yeti is that it’s a tad bit heavier than a regular insulating cup... but if you aren’t a frail weak person it doesn’t matter
I mean I got ice water lake an hour ago in my yeti and the ice is already melted and I’m kinda disappointed like my swell water bottle would have ice in it all night...
100 subscribers with no life challenge lmao people call the yeti expensive but the cups are like 25-40$ and seeing that their products are literally the best ones and the cups last forever... yea I don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t buy a yeti, there’s no excuse saying a 40$ 26 oz cup is expensive, I’m pretty damn sure you can afford that if you aren’t homeless
Mackenzie Remp everyone knows the yeti is better... like it’s so obvious yeti is way better... people in the comments saying hydro flask is better or they prefer it are losers
Yetis are way better, way more durable and it doesn’t hit the rim of your nose. Dishwasher safe and it keeps it as cold as hydro flask Hydro flasks are more expensive because of the brand name, a yeti is 30 dollars and a hydro flask that just a little bit taller (little bit) it’s 40 dollars Honestly I would rather have the yeti
