A clever technique to vent air from your dry suit before you enter the water. Most moderns dry suits have a neck seal that prevents you from doing this. Most dry suit divers have to pause at the surface to vent excess air before descent. The Hydroglove dry suit is a modern replica of old fashioned suits from the 50's and 60's like the Totes. The old Totes suits did not have a neck seal on there hooded model and neither does the Hydroglove.
