Update!! I got an 87.5!!! Thank you!!! I wish I found you before I took my first fundamentals exam!! I'm taking my next exam tomorrow that goes over, assessing, health assessment, vital signs, and hygiene. All of your videos on those topics have helped me so much, please don't stop making Q&As! I feel confident in my exam i will take tomorrow :)
I have been watching a lot of videos from you cause you explain very well using real scenarios. Definitely I love you. Your are the best teacher ever!!!!!
My favorite Professor. It’s so funny when she “scolds” us for considering a certain answer over the right one. “Don’t play me!” LOL!! Love her. About to enter Level 2 for BSN. Keep making those videos with your wit and charm professor! Oh, love it when you get tongue tied and leave it in an unedited video.
Professor I was gonna the answer you selected, but it said " very warm water" and that threw me off. Can you please explain more? I appreciate your videos you have no idea. I am preparing for the exit HESI and then take the Nclex for PN
For the question at 23:46 , why is #4 not the correct answer? Isn't Tolnaftate an antifungal? to me #2 and #4 are good answers, so I just wanted a little more explanation as to why it isn't #4 Thank you so much for these videos, they have really helped me!!
For the bath question the answer was 3 because the nurse looks for a diagnosis by taking it a step further. but the question specfically says nursing "assessment" process. So I dont understand why its not 2
@@TopTierDrivers but “looking at my client” is an assessment. Anything you do to gather information ( looking at pt, asking them questions, reading their chart, etc.) is an assessment. 3 is the clear answer because the nurse is assessing the patient to see if there is anything that deviates from the norm that she would next have to intervene. She is assessing with a purpose. Does this make sense?
