She had a solo stage with Yuri and another guy many years ago and it was a rap song. She rapped in the dancer sub-unit Unique for the song max step. There were plenty of occasions to where she rapped it was just never in SNSD until recently because It doesn't not fit the "girl" image SNSD is supposed to have. But it didn't take them 8 years to realise it. It's just not something suited for SNSD. What took them 8 years was their artist getting solos in general. 😂😂😂😂😂 hahahaha

This song is dope for international fans, not for the Korean public (look at the charts). Don't say that SM isn't trying at all when they are giving her opportunities (sadly her songs don't do well). So how can she be the next Boa when her songs aren't succesful ?

To be honest, I feel like the only ones that know what their style really is are Seohyun and Hyoyeon. Because from I read and everything, Taeyeon and Tiffany don't have don't have a designated style/sound yet to their music. Taeyeon, for example, wants to keep experimenting with her sound. And we can clearly see that with how different every album that she has released is. "I" being my personal favorite and "Why" being a fucking summer bop 😍😍😍 Tiffany has that R&B/Old school vibe, but I don't think she has really found her style. What do you guys think?

Rafael Rodriguez I think Tiffany wants to keep doing pop music that's bubblegum and American sounding. I don't think she will stray too far from the snsd sound. Personally I just wanna dance is my favorite solo track to come out. I actually feel the opposite: I think Seohyun and Hyoyeon are the ones without a clear musical concept. I was really surprised by seohyuns music, I expected something much more organic and acoustic. More Taylor swift sounding. And hyoyeon I don't think has released anything that matches her ability. Neither of her singles have been as hard and hip hop flavored as they should be.

Faikar Widjanarko I love hyoyeon, but out of all the members she isn't the most underrated member, at least anymorer Like she's still well known and has had a few songs as solo which other members don't have, like sunny (but I think sunny chooses not to be in many projects, even though she's super talented). Hyoyeon is pretty well known as a good dancer and has a distinct look. She's not as popular as taeyeon, who is lol, but don't underestimate how much work she's gotten recently and how well known she is compared to other members
