The aura effects on Hyper Sonic really made him seem like much more of this all-powerful threat, I really liked this animation. And, I hope your father rests very well.

While Ian Flynn originally proposed the idea of Hyper Sonic for the final battle against The End, supposed ly Sonic calls out to the Ancients and the Koco left in Cyber Space to lend him the power to ascend into Hyper Sonic, however it was then rejected by Sonic Team to avoid the Next Tier Power-Up trope. Until the Final Horizon update came with the introduction of Starfall Super Sonic(the Super Sonic form combined with the Cyber Corruption for an enhanced state), and Super Sonic Cyber when he goes all out to finish off The End in the final battle. But this is a fun take of this battle, and i apologize for the loss of your father, he may rest in peace, and he won't be forgotten.

Lord Rest your father. Sonic Frontiers was the first Sonic game to come out after my father's passing. The original ending reminds me of him, especially the song "Dear Father", as its lyrics are word-for-word what I want to say to him now. I hope you find comfort in knowing this. The animation is fantastic. No doubt he would be very proud of you. Keep Up the Good Work for his sake. ❤

it was a fight with a simpler choreography but I liked it, especially how Hyper Sonic appeared in a cinematic way covered in light and multicolored aura, not revealing his appearance in a clear way like when Goku used his full Ultra Instinct against Jiren where it stays the same way, I was actually talking to a friend and we came to the conclusion that The End could have more presence if the fight had a more cosmic horror vibe, like in the fight against Dark Gaia where the moon would take over a giant, humanoid shape but still with several holes in the body to convey an intimidating vibe, I think that alone would make it more memorable as a final boss

Good to see Hyper Sonic being animated correctly with flashing rainbow colors. Most others just color Sonic light blue and not bother to animate it.

This animation was more cinematic than other sprite animations, I totally loved Hyper Sonic's aura.Very good animation and keep going like that. Also, I hope your dad rests peaceful and well...

Honestly. I kind of like the idea of Hyper Sonic being more of a literal blinding light than a silver quilled porcupine covered in a rainbow colored seizure

The was a nice animation you made for your dad. May he rest in peace. My main critique about the animation, I would have had captions dictate what the characters are saying instead of the audio, since the lines feel off given the situation. The way Sage talks, Sonic not taking this as seriously as he does in the game, and that would give The End something to say regarding the Hyper Form. That's about it, the animation was still good.

I don't know the full story on why Hyper Sonic was dropped for Sonic Frontiers (as it was entirely intended for him to use, as far as I'm aware), but there's a lot of evidence showing that it was going to be used. - Knuckles' flashback to Sonic 3 & Knuckles, where the form originates. - The constant callbacks to the past, through conversation and items found. - The shrines being used in general, saying "they'll be enough" in regards to the Titans. The best I can come up with is that it was intended to have Sonic find the old shrines in the collections of past objects and places, and use them with the Emeralds in order to finally bring back Hyper Sonic. It would make perfect sense lore-wise. We haven't seen them in forever, and the form was lost to time, so something that brings _back_ things from Sonic's history should eventually bring something like that up. It would certainly turn an impossible-to-win scenario into a more probable one. Definitely better hype-wise than "Super Sonic 2". (It doesn't even work like that, either. It's more like Kaio-ken than it is Super Saiyan 2, given you can stack both and lose control of it easily.) I guess the only thing SEGA was scared about was Hyper Sonic becoming a mainstay and people always asking when it will return, and what it means for the future of Sonic. I wouldn't have minded it coming back for the one time, so long as they handled it properly.

Why is there Metal Sonic Kai in the space?

yeah i don't understand how the end was going to win. the end have unimaginable power the chaos emeralds grant's that along with wishes and miracles on the daily, not to mention the entire cyber space was created do to a chaos emerald, and the end was sealed away their thanks to supreme so how was the end going to win. this is like the Tim eater situation how was the time eater going to stand a chance against a super form when a chaos emerald at basically no power and shut down gave him the middle finger along with being the items that opened up a world in-between all time. these things literally have the power to control the entire multiverse and beyond, not to mention implied by tikal and showed by mephiles and iblis can grant fusion so time eater and the end honestly stood no chance. what was stopping the ancients from just crushing the end while it was in cyber space or destroying the cyber space while it was in their?. what was stopping them from wishing or miracle pulling on the end?. i literally don't understand how their was apparently no way to stop the end when they had the items that can do so. then again this goes with any transformation done with a chaos emerald. if 1, chaos emerald have multiverse levels of power then wouldn't having all 7 be overpowered. we don't even know the limit to the chaos emeralds miracle or wish granting abilities or if they even have some
