it's the maximum dizzy, practically impossible to recover, plus it generally happens when you are on your last bit of health. so, yeah, basically the game is saying "You're dead".

原來如此，終於懂了什麼是TAS的影片　　TAS影片我記得不是這樣解釋呢不是叫電腦去玩遊戲主要有兩種做法 (1)play frame by frame 輸入指令是每個frame去操作大多模擬器有支援frame模式不過這個錄法會累死人 (2)save states 靠存檔大法來錄製, 等於是錄不好可以從來還可以預知電腦下一刻會做甚麼反應有點時光機的感覺還有恨多進階用法, 詳情可以看 tasvideos.org/TASHowTo.html TOP 破ㄌ

原來搞了半天一大堆玩家就是因為都是看這種的學這個用旋風腿在半空中旋來旋去表演打花式難怪那些玩家連一些最基本的基礎功都沒有到現在已經不知道有多少個年頭了沒一個用 Ryu 能看的不要說 S 級的連一個 A 級的都沒有全部都是普通級的 B 和初級的 C Ryu 本身就已經不是很好練了就算要表演打花式的也要表演一些比較實用可以在真正實際對戰中用的到的讓那些玩家看人不是電腦沒有那麼白痴不會沒事出個空招露個破綻讓你打個一兩下或擋住後接著你跑出去再跑回來繼續待在那裡讓你打

Sure, you can take knowledge about those combos searching for combo-videos first, the mainly "hidden" of street fighter games are chain combos: you switch punch for kick or vice-vera, ex a ryu combo: jump, kick the oponent back by medium kick, medium punch, forward + HP down forward down forwars + HP+HK (this technique is called kara cancel you use kick and punch to cancel the last forward HP move from Ryu into the super move getting some hit combos, the rest combos are totally normal as you saw with no secrets.
