Hex has I-frames on it, i dont know how many, but CDR is a Very dangerous thing to buff on it Also Leech life would actually have like a 3 seconds cooldown considering it start counting on cast not after you release the enemy

Have to agree, I love Blaziken but sometimes he feels too much like a raid boss. Hope they don’t butcher him, but I hope they aren’t shy to give him a meaningful nerf.

@@goatku5876 exactly.. you shouldn't be able to have such high uptime on using skills. The game is balanced around having 2 main skills with a cooldown. By continually swapping you can effectively have 100% uptime on skills. The skills should be put on a cooldown once he swaps. Either way we will see what happens but from the blaziken knowledge I have (which is not that much to be fair) it would be a good balance. If you get into a fight swapping your skills should not be an option unless you are kiting

I was only able to do 44k damage with trick room, constantly in fights and moving too. Compared the shadow sneak I don’t even engage that often and I pull a 120k+ 😭 trick room is so bad I just wish shadow got nerfed in some capacity or play rough

I don’t think it’s a nerf. From what I gathered, they said that the ‘Damage Increase on Extreme Speed is going to be an Attack increase instead’. What I think might indicate that is if you hit Extreme Speed on a target with the blue circle, you might get an Attack increase instead of the usual damage increase. But then again, I have to see it in person before confirming this.

Blaze was busted. He required skill but he overheat was mega strong and most tanks can't do anything if blaze ejects in with overheat.

Trick room is crazy good. The problem with shadow sneak is if your not near a wild pokemon you can only attack. With trick room you can escape and dash around characters who have poor mobilty. Making you very hard to land skill hits and moves on. Trick room works better with shadow claw too so heal and are tanky to ranged attackers which is mimikyus biggest threat.

And you'll be able to have it up basically the whole time! Level 13 decreases its cooldown even further by a second! So by that point its a 6-second cooldown! That's not even mentioning how low Trick Room stays up.

I think it is not that big of a patch if these are the only changes. Still they didn't address the meta as a whole. In a way it has been a predominant all rounder meta and the main reason for that is that auto attack pokemon are too frail and cc is too powerful. They need to implement changes so that different play styles can emerge, and one change I believe would be good for the game is Diminishing Returns on CC, separating for control types: sleep, stun, frozen, slow...

Yeah, shed unnecessary CC from All-Rounders, Attackers and Speedsters. Maybe even some Defenders but give them better map/base control to compensate. Current Defenders like Umbreon and Ho-oh should probably receive further adjustments and become full-on Supports. Then Supporters would become the core role for CC or healing needs.

I think a fun idea for them to do, is change some abilities with pokemon, since the main games have TM's they could hypothetically just rework them or give alternative move sets for each pokemon in pokemon select, where each version has it's own versions move sets. Kind of how Mewtwo Y and X are basically the same pokemon, just different move sets and different mega forms. Also, how about adding more mega evolutions? Just some ideas I am throwing to the wind.

That hypervoice rework is anything but a buff. Even on teamfight it has too little damage to pressure anything, and forcing it to be so close makes it a complete freekill.

Happy about all these changes so far, as nice as more changes would be. Is only Blaziken Fire Punch damage being nerfed? You'd think Focus Blast and even Overheat would get those nerfs too. Buff to Leach Life is gonna be so nice, as one of the big problems that can be felt is the long cooldown but 3 seconds shaved off is massive. Mimikyu buffs for Trick Room are gonna make it feel much better but it might still have too much competition with Shadow Sneak.. Happy to hear about the Zacian nerfs but I wish they'd nerf Sacred Sword too. Gengar buffs sound nice and I've been wanting a lower unite cooldown on it for awhile. Could still be lower IMO but I'm curious if it'll no longer be a 'trash' Pokemon.

Imagine they're buffing Charizard, it's now finally doing something again after years, just to then nerfing it once more and it's mediocre at best again... That'd be so sad. I wish it just had its True Damage back and it wouldn't all be so much about the Unite Move. Well, we'll see... Mimikyu nerfs would be nice for sure, and I'm not sure about the Buzzwole buffs as well. At least Blaziken and Ho-Oh are getting a slap on the wrist. It's something. Good to see Gengar being recognized, but I wonder how much that'd improve things... (from a Dreameater perspective at least. 0.4s CD on Hex sounds fairly scary though) As usual, some decent changes, some rather questionable ones.

@@timothyturner3195no yeah Tsareena is strong, but she is more skill reliant, that’s what makes her good, if the person playing her is bad, then she’ll do bad naturally. She’s like Inteleon/Greninja of the All-Rounders, though honestly, it’s the same thing for Aegislash, if the player is bad at playing Aegi, then he is doomed for the match. However, I do think Tsareena can get a small buff, maybe attack stat buff because she kind of relies on Attack Weight, then for Aegislash I’d buff a bunch of things because he can be a little incompetent in early game and some times late game

Honestly I don't think Pika deserved that buff... but maybe it could be good if they're only doing it to have a better game feel. It's true that Volt Tackle sometimes feels a bit clunky to use. So having that small speed boost afterwards could be nice to control

I still feel like I didn't stomp on enough people with Ceruledge enough, but I knew it was going to be nerfed eventually, as long as it's still better than how it was at launch

Curious to see how it shakes out. Timi seems to limit the number of Pokemon changed per patch soooo yeah, hopefully we get patches much more often like they were saying..

Probably.. Fire Spin is easily its best move. Personally would love to see that move get a complete rework and Ho-oh officially become a Support.
