Hyperdilute Radiesse (Calcium Hydroxyapatite) For Neck Rejuvenation - triNECKta

Dr. Weiner is showing hyperdilute Radiesse in a 4:1 dilution cannula injection in the neck. He prefers to use 22g 50mm EasyGuide from Sotfil for this procedure. The key to optimal results is to inject in the immediate subcutaneous plane superficial to the platysma. There is some slight resistance in this plane and you can visualize the cannula outline well. He uses 6 entry points, 4 along the sternocleidomastoid (SCM) and 2 in the submandibular area. Calcium hydroxyapatite has been shown to stimulate both collagen and elastin whereas PLLA has been found to stimulate collagen. Elastin is important for skin tightening. This can be performed in combination with RFM or lasers. RFM has been shown to produce collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. Usually 2-3 treatments are needed. This is part of the triNECKta trademarked procedure at our office. There is no downtime to this procedure. The photo at the end is immediately after both hyperdilute Radiesse and the Genius.

I'm not licensed or anything but I filled a dimple with it. I didn't dilute at all . Right now you can barely tell , or maybe there's a slight improvement. I'm sure this needs to be repeated every month for 6 months for a true difference

Gosh! This looks brutal....but he seems so confident and experienced that I would trust him. Wondering how lucky wives of such good plastic surgeons must feel, they'd never look old, and that too without dishing out a fortune! LOL! if these injectables induce/promote collagen production, results should last longer, and after the filler is absorbed or gone, right?

It looks great. Do you insert the cannula in so many times so as to perform subcision in the subdermal plane? Could this be done with fewer passes? I know you want to spread the hyperdilute radiesse as much as possible so perhaps the multiple passes are to create a space for the product. Thanks for your guidance!

Any worry of granulomas? Also, why Radiesse over Sculptra?
@StevenWeiner

No, granulomas are extremely rare or nonexistent with Radiesse. Sculptra has been found to cause nodules in neck. Sculptra also doesn't create elastin, where Radiesse does.

Wonderful technique. Thank you for sharing. Help me with the math. With 4:1 dilution you have 7.5cc total. It looks like when you start at each injection point you havre a full (1.5cc) syringe. 1.5 x 6 = 9cc. Where is my error?

@@StevenWeiner Can we 'filler' the neck ? to tighten the neck
@StevenWeiner
@StevenWeiner 2 года назад
@@cderome1 No, there is too much laxity to do this. It can tighten with RFM and there is evidence that HDR leads to tightening because of the elastin formation.
