I'm not licensed or anything but I filled a dimple with it. I didn't dilute at all . Right now you can barely tell , or maybe there's a slight improvement. I'm sure this needs to be repeated every month for 6 months for a true difference

It looks great. Do you insert the cannula in so many times so as to perform subcision in the subdermal plane? Could this be done with fewer passes? I know you want to spread the hyperdilute radiesse as much as possible so perhaps the multiple passes are to create a space for the product. Thanks for your guidance!
Hi may I ask how long this lasts ? I'm very young and unfortunately always had a hollow pyriform fossa so I'm looking for something at least semi permanent
Hi doctor, what about for boxcar scares or more mild-moderate scaring? Would subcision be "too much"? Also, what are your thoughts on what it does to skin laxity? Especially in someone older who doesn't have facial fat in the way they once did?
Great work and and analogy- thank you for sharing your insights. Does the filler perhaps initially start out as a 'sheet' after injection and then as it reabsorbs concentrates into these spherical deposits or does it separate out into these deposits soon after it is injected? Would tumescent anesthesia with subcision help with preventing re-tethering? That takes several days to reabsorb post-treatment so the separation of the tissue plane that is created would presumably help to limit that. Wouldn't hat combined with suction likely give better results?

HI . Very good, excellent technique to avoid weighing down the face. I applied it with Restylane Lyft with the needle you indicated but I encountered great difficulty because it is very dense. So should it be better with Restylane Defyne? I thank you for the reply.
My personal experience : I filled the empty spaces under the lips with Radiess (with a cannula) .. the filling got a little sideways than I intended... a big hard lump formed inside... I didn't manage to dissolve them, but they flattened a little during the saline injection....
if the dermal filler has not filled the needle as well (it is not enough to just put it in the syringe) the test is invalid...as long as the needle is clean, of course it can be sucked in... but at the moment ,when the filler passes through needle, needle is no longer clean and the filling in the needle can prevent the blood from being sucked in... do you understand what I'm trying to tell you?
