Welcome to this video about hypnobirthing :) In this video, I share 5 important hypnobirthing tips for an easier labour and birth experience so please make sure you remember these hypnobirthing techniques! As a hypnobirthing teacher, I am passionate about making hypnobirthing more accessible to pregnant women around the world. Hypnobirthing was such a big help to me when I was pregnant with my daughter and it enabled me to have a calm and empowering birth experience at home (during a very difficult time in my life). My birth experience inspired me to become a hypnobirthing teacher and it is the reason why I have a hypnobirthing RU-vid channel :)
In this video, I share some essential hypnobirthing tips like hypnobirthing breathing techniques, why having a positive mindset is so important for birth and how to position your baby in the womb for a smoother and more comfortable vaginal birth. I hope you enjoy this short hypnobirthing class :)

Great tips! Wish I'd watched sooner. I'm at 38 weeks and have had anxiety due to my last birth experience. But this has helped thanks! I love the phrases too 😂 floppy face floppy fanny 😂

Dear Anna, thank u for all your content. I noticed that the more I practiced the1st stage breathing technique my Brixton contractions got more frequent. Should I be concerned? I am 38 wks now
@HypnobirthingWithAnja
@HypnobirthingWithAnja 25 дней назад
Hi and thanks for your question. I am not sure why your Braxton Hicks are getting more frequent when you do your breathing practice but it could be because you are oxygenating your body better and giving your womb muscles more oxygen to flex in preparation for labour. It is also very normal to have increased Braxton Hicks at the end of pregnancy. If you are worried though, please speak to your doctor for reassurance. With love, Anja :) xxxx

my baby is facing down but in the back position, i mean the position where it is on its back and not on stomach, even my doctor said it is in the right position, just have to get baby to flip from back to stomach. Can you tell me a few tips to get it to flip? My doc said to crawl like a baby.
@HypnobirthingWithAnja
@HypnobirthingWithAnja 11 месяцев назад
Yes! I would get on all fours or crawl like your doctor recommended but take care of your knees 😜

@@HypnobirthingWithAnja I think i managed to get it in the anterior position since i can feel the kicks under my ribs now instead of belly, But i have a question, if i keep doing the exercises, will the baby switch back to posterior position? can i still keep doin the exercises? thanks a lot in advance for answerin!!

@@sonixxxxx23 thanks for your question. The most important thing is to walk every day and always try to sit down with your hips ABOVE the level of your knees as much as possible. See this image for reference: images.app.goo.gl/157CwNoDAsmn61mB7 💞🤗

If it’s best to have bottom above the knee then why is a birthing ball beneficial?
@HypnobirthingWithAnja
@HypnobirthingWithAnja 9 месяцев назад
Thanks for your question 🤩 When you sit on a birth ball, your knees should be slightly lower than your hips like this: images.app.goo.gl/kNsXaXXDWPu4rKxY9

What should you do if you feel like you are unable to breathe in during a contraction? Like it makes things more painful?
@HypnobirthingWithAnja
@HypnobirthingWithAnja 4 месяца назад
That's a very good question and one that I had to really think about...Generally speaking breathing slowly in through contractions helps your body to relax and control pain. If you really don't think you can breathe in properly through your contractions, in the very least, make sure that your body isn't tense because a tense body will definitely ramp up any pain you're experiencing. Try to practice breathing in while holding onto a few ice cubes in your hands for 30 seconds. That can train your body and mind to breathe through discomfort ❤️

@@kylezimmerman685 she would either deliver with a natural vaginal birth or c section. there’s many options you have. you can deliver at home in a tub. or in the shower at a hospital. it depends on your health & your babies. and if you’re high risk

I feel like this video isn’t ( certainly isn’t for the first 3rd of the video) about Hypnobirthing at all. I recommend changing the title as it misleading.
@HypnobirthingWithAnja
@HypnobirthingWithAnja 10 месяцев назад
Hi! Thanks so much for your comment and feedback ❤️ At the start of the video I talk about optimal baby positioning. This is an important part of a hypnobirthing course because if your baby can get into the best head down position in the womb, then labour and birth is usually much easier. Hypnobirthing isn't just about listening to hypnosis tracks or trying to relax during pregnancy and childbirth (this is a common misconception) so this may be why you feel that the title of the video is misleading. Hypnobirthing is a full birth preparation course (Hypnosis to relax and overcome any fears + pregnancy/birth education) so that is why I talk about optimal baby positioning in this video. Hypnobirthing practice begins in pregnancy and one of those practices includes helping your baby get into the occupit anterior position in the womb (head down, facing your back). I hope that my reply clarifies things for you. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a comment. 💖🌹
