Hypnobirthing meditation can help you to feel calm and confident in pregnancy. Pregnancy meditation can also help you to sleep more easily. Meditating is a great pregnancy relaxation technique so I recommend that you to listen to this hypnobirthing meditation at least a few times a week to get the most out of it. Before bed or before a nap is best.
When I was pregnant I listened to a lot of guided meditations for pregnancy and guided hypnobirthing meditations and they helped me to prepare for a fear-free childbirth experience.
