Lately, I've had a hard time forgiving myself for my misdeeds and shortcomings - the normal stuff of adult life. Your work here helped to put me in touch with that naïve, young kid and to realize that he's still a part of me and that he deserves acceptance and love. This is now saved and will be replayed often. Hope its effect does not reduce through usage... Never in my life have I felt like this. I cried, I had this huge emotional discharge, your words of affirmation and narrative are generic enough to fit everyone's life but I felt like you were right here/there with me and you knew me. All the stress and the pain gone, so peaceful... And the perfect backtrack/sound design... As close to hypnosis as I have ever been. This work of yours provided with a relief and opened doors in a way I did not expect. I really have to say thank you so much! I would've never thought this could happen to me. Life changing. Giving a brutally honest opinion..I cried when she told me to look myself in the eyes and tell myself everything I wanted to hear as a kid and it doesn’t help that I’m out of my mind high as shit right now and just wanted to relax but ended with a strange sense of more self worth.

I cried so hard and released such a deep hurt from within me. If anyone has ever had a baby they know what it feels like to push a baby out and it's like right after you have this intense ahhhh like release of tension and physical and emotional pain. That's how this felt. I feel like for the first time I can breathe since I was a teenager. Thank you so so much. I pray this feeling lasts

i kind of recommend kittenscafe asmr, she's such a sweet youtuber and she does these roleplay videos where she speaks almost at regular volume, but still soft enough to get me sleepy the reason i say maybe is because she doesn't edit much (especially her older videos), so there's been occasional loud noises that have woken me up in her videos 😅 i think she has been improving, but mostly i watch her youtube videos as a transition to quieter whisper videos, if that makes sense. but there is still a comforting big sister vibe that i really like about her videos

I also want to recommend Sharon Shares ASMR, she's a small channel but I found her from a Jubilee video, and she's very sweet as well. She does a mix of whispering and soft speaking like this, but she does custom ASMR videos (I've bought four actually), so you have the option of requesting a video at this volume :) She's very friendly and interactive with her audience so definitely recommend her. "My Brother Tries To Guess The ASMR Trigger" might be the volume you're looking for?

Meditation is always the answer to All of life's trials And tribulations. "The Mason Kata" speaks to many major emotions all at once...Love, Loss, Acceptance and Remorse. I found my "teenage self" amongst the crowds in my head... I knew it was in fact "ME" rt.
