Hypnosis: Fiona's Freeze Trigger 

The funniest thing is that I thougth it had not worked, then I found myself stuck in place on your command! :) Great video, Fiona!

After the video I was curious so I closed my eyes, took some deep breaths, snapped my fingers, and said "Freeze!". I was frozen in place. It was a bit of a struggle to snap again and say "Unfreeze!", but I barely managed it. Cool.

Could you just do a vid where you just use the trigger over and over again for like 10 minutes maybe. Don't say anything. Just say freeze and unfreeze.

My body tenses up and I can't move. Funny thing is, when I relax I can feel more freedom over my body.

For most, any trigger wears off in 45 - 90 min, for me, it's 60 min. The more you practice th smoother and better it works. I start recording, say 10 seconds before she says "freeze", plug my ears, wait another 10 seconds, then pause the video, recording silence for 3 min, then unpause the video until "unfreeze". When I playback, I get to experience it for 3 min. Awesome! You have to consciously convince yourself who's trustworthy. Believe me, they will be the only one(s) who can make it work, but anyone can unfreeze you. You can mentally withdraw your permission any time you want, but I'd tell them. See, they may be planning something, and you could spoil their plans. I won't mention all the delicious things she can do with me , , ,
