I have been afraid of driving for as long as I can remember. I just realized my fear was not from a minor accident that took place in my recent past, but the fact that my mother use to drive in horrible storms and my Grandmother would panic in the passenger seat. It had caused me to develop an extreme fear of driving and is the reason why avoid it at all costs. Now as I have found the problem, the next step is to take steps to healing. Thanks so much!
I have a social anxiety that comes and goes every few months and today it came back. During this session, I felt the tension in my core relieve itself and I felt a lot better. I loved it and felt very relaxed. Towards the end I felt the room spinning like I was in another world but it stopped at the end and I felt like new. Amazing! Thanks so much!

I smoked a jay and did this and it was absolutely mind blowing. I have been having trouble with fear of failure, I feel really empowered now and I cant wait to get into work tomorrow to c it work.. big thumbs up
I've been terribly afraid of the dark for as long as I can remember, even as a small child. This exercise helped me pinpoint one particular bedroom I used to have that I experienced my most intense fears when I was 15 years old. That was 15 years ago. I may not have overcome the fears today, but I've discovered a place to start working with.
I used this fear to get over creepypastas and now I feel like they cant hurt me. I still think of them a little but now I feel I can destroy them like I was superman and waw fighting a air thx man

As a certified hypnotist myself, I enjoyed this session in preparation for a blood draw with my fear of hypodermic needles caused by two doctors with masks on threatening me with a shot when I was two.
Matt Cheesy just picture yourself getting them off that branch right now, and then do it later again and again. Imagine this in a conscious manner and let them go. Soon enough your dreams will change. You are not still hypnotized, you dream about them because they are a part of you that you really want to resolve. I wish you peace

OMG this really works! Before I wasn't even able to be in a dark room for 2 seconds now I can be in a completely dark room for as long as I want and move around without being that afraid! Thank you!
This was totally relaxing and wonderful. I loved the visuals of the kites and I loved the deep breathing. I am going to get my son to listen to this. He had a traumatic experience with a horror movie character and has had fear of this for years causing insomnia. I truly think this will help him sleep.

I tend to have frantic parinoia that gives me so much anxiety at times which apparently happend to keep my nervous always on guard like my Fight or flight response was Always on and it use to make me think it was my intuion so I'd fufill my self profecy which was always my fear or sinario in my mind but then I started researching why my stomich always felt in knots and I found out there's a relaxation response and I'm not 100% on how to help my nurvous systom just yet but what I am aware of is that I control my life and that my thoughts are just thoughts and I pick them and these fears aren't my intuition because if it was I'd know and wouldn't have any fear attached but that's all I have towards it so now that I have mediated for awhile an now listening to this it really helped me. thank you !
I had glossophobia and I freaked out when I got called to read aloud at school. So I listened to this and Im not scared anymore, but the spider fear will remain it doesn't matter how much I try it always stays there, but thanks for overcoming my glossophobia fear!
I have fear of earthquakes, I live in Chile . Its been trembling all the time lately, I know nothing happens however a become paralyzed with fear at each new tremor. Thank you for helping me try overcome this fear. I WILL OVERCOME IT , I believe i will now......but have to see. I will keep in mind that my fear kite has flown away................

My anxiety and fear is loosing my job or being jobless. Knowing that i am also a provider in my house. My passed job had me up and down with hours worked. Moved to different positions. Until they put me in a position that was only 8 to 10 hours a week. Now i have a new job and i stress everyday and have major fear that this may happen to me again. I get knotts in ky stomach everytime thwy call my name at work. Im afraid that im going to be laid off or have changes in my hours. Job is good. But my fear of loosing it, is really taking a toll on me.
Guys hypnosis really works it's like restarting you're brain I have a disc from hypnosis John Milton for anxiety depression etc. I watch it once a week and it really really works !!

I was totally relaxed until you said see your fear and then felt my body tense. When you said put yourself in a situation I was still very much afraid. It seemed no matter how far I let out the string the fear was still there, but this fear also puts me into full anxiety/panic attacks, so when that didn't happen I felt a little relief
A wonderful session as fear has been strong in me as I was abused and nearly murdered would like a visual that gives my mind the ability to dissolve the energy of fear.
This session was very helpful for me. I have a Cat Scan tomm and I'm feel different then I did b4 I started. I would like too come back and be taught other things about myself.
I liked it, just a bit too fast for what I am used to, but once I start listening to it more often, I will get used to the speed. I am trying to overcoming a life long, severe phobia of vomiting. I am thinking if I listen to your video and continue other things, I will conquer it eventually. My dream is to be done with it within a year:)
Thank you so so so much, I've had the biggest fear of needles since I was 2 (I pulled the needle out of my arm and stabbed the doctor with it...), but after I did this hypnosis thing I feel much less scared about needles and I am going to have my needles for hpv and some other needle on Wednesday (two more days). I used this video to help me get my fear of hoops from Roller Coasters. See, I'm going to Universal Studios on Saturday, I really wanted to go on a ride called, "Rip Ride Rocket." I saw videos on youtube, and since it wasen't a full hoop I was confident in myself to go on that ride. Once I got in person with the ride, the height of the hill was so high I just said "nope." So, I will use this method to see if this will actually work. And if it does Thank You. And if it dosen't, still, thank you for atleast helping me.
I suffer from wartime PTSD to the point of fainting. I don't let it stop me in doing whatever to enjoy life. If I have a panic attack while driving or rock climbing and I faint, I just do. I will see if this helps. I have to stop having fear of fainting because this causes PTSD in itself. Thanks for the video. Keeping my fingers crossed. KB
Kenny Brock i have fear of fainting and i never fainted, had a period of harsh panic attacks, depersonalisation and so on. I believe that the key of eliminating panic attacks or any other fear for that matter is to not mind it anymore. After all you cannot be calm and panicky at the same time. Break the cycle of what ifs, and ask yourself so what. I wish you peace

I know, i have this same issue, i need a boost from time to time. I still struggle with this fainting fear from time to time as i see it differently from the fear of roller coasters. It is not as palpable to me, maybe you can get what i am saying. I mean it seems easier to just jump into a rollercoaster and face the ride. But how do you do that with fainting or other health anxieties... Well... We will be better and better, i just know it. Hope your PTSD is not as strong and that you are fine

Lafayette oh brother, you got it wrong, for simple things like fear of the dark, the best way to not be afraid is to spend as much time in the dark as possible.

if you want consider it not about following this but letting go for the first 18 minutes of your life, it feels kind of numb at the end, at least for me
