A long time ago, this video helped start my journey to figuring out who I am. A few months ago in a group chat, the topic of hypnosis came up and I shared the link to this video. One friend was very eager to watch it and talk about how they felt after it, before sort of disappearing for like a month. When they came back they had realized they'd prefer being a girl over being a boy (they haven't really explicitly talked about their gender since then, I think they're enby, but I'd need to ask and it's real late rn). I like how some people are worried they’ll actually turn into a girl if they’re hypnotized. Don’t worry people, hypnotization is purely consensual, and the trance lasts aslong as you want it to. This vid actually made me a bit more confident in my identity.

Before I try this, can you answer a couple questions? What exactly is the effect here, will I physically feel like a woman, or will I just mentally think that I'm a woman? When does it wear off?

I've used Fiona's several times. After having using her induction and deep trance files so I had good receptivity. Lasts until I wish I'm a man again. Which was a week once. As a woman, I was aware of my moobs under my tshirt and my nipples; I had a useless meat hose and was generally not aware of it as I always have been as a man. As I walked, I was aware of my pussylips. I could find my pussy through the rear skin of my scrotum and could masturbate as a woman. A time or two I thought I'd be more comfortable relaxing in a house dress than my lounge pants. Fascinating.

I don't know if you can, but you should try doing 3d sound because it immerses the watcher by making it seem like you are actually in the room when they wear headphones and close their eyes. Could be an interesting form of hypnosis.

+Dannyb33 PC Well, how many videos from his channel did you watch yet? It can take a few til you can go really deep or you just didn't experience it as being deep, but maybe you were. Maybe you should try his Relax Deeper or Extra Deep Hypnosis 5 video. But I had to watch quite a few to get quite deep. Or try his Simple Instructions or Simon Says video ;) These should help as well. And another tip would be to try it when you're completely able to relax and are by yourself without any disturbance. Good luck next time :)

Here's something I found out the hard way: make sure you aren't on ANY stimulants when you try to go in to trance (caffeine,etc) as I found that tea makes it impossible to go into a trance or if you do manage, you can't get very far. I had heck of a time trying to figure out why suddenly I can't trance (I'm usually very easy to knock out) after doing a quick run through of my day, I figured it out that the tea I drink was the culprit (I drink green tea). Then I tried hypnosis again when the caffeine wore off (6 hrs for me) and everything was fine and dandy. The hypnosis video I watched was a sleep hypnosis one not this (I came here to look at the comments).

Fun fact: hypnosis is only ever as effective as you want it to be. If you listen to this, you aren't going to all of a sudden want to talk to your doctor about getting a sex change; unless that's something you have already been seriously considering. It's worth a listen through regardless, I find. Most of these are.
