This recording is designed to give the listener a hypnotic trigger that will make them believe they have mentally transformed into an anime girl of their choice until they choose to wake up and transform back. The effects of this recording will only work if they can be enjoyed safely and do not interfere with your day to day life. At the end of this recording you will wake up as the anime girl of your choice after practicing using the hypnotic trigger to transform into her and return to normal a few times while in trance.
This recording mentions heights and the sensation of falling in it.

It is not intentional, but it should be fixed shortly. I accidently had an audio track at then end of my timeline which caused all the dead space. Thankfully the trim feature on the RU-vid editor should be fixing the video an letting everybody see the video at the correct length in the next few hours. Thanks for commenting, you helped me catch this mistake faster.

It looks like people new to hypnosis are finding this video, so this comment will describe what hypnosis is if you're interested. Hypnosis is a state of trance. We go into states of trance all the time. Whenever you do something like watching a movie, driving down the highway, staring off into space, or anything like that, you're in a trance. A trance is a state of focusing on something or nothing at all. You stop thinking, processing, or perceiving anything else. Everything that you _do_ think or perceive just sorta... happens. Hypnosis takes advantage of this state! By bringing you into a trance, so long as it is sustained, your mind stops processing what you're told and simply accepts it. This allows the hypnotist to give you all sorts of suggestions, leading to all sorts of thoughts and experiences! These can even last outside of trance, so long as your mind allows them to. You can watch stage hypnotists making people believe they're chickens, or hypnotherapists helping people with addictions. If you're interested in experiencing it, relax, listen to her words, and let whatever happens, happen! I recommend listening to a relaxation hypnosis file first as warm-up, but you can also jump in, if you feel inclined. Hypnosis is an incredibly unique experience, and anyone can do it!

Hello thanks for your comment ! However I do have a question. You wrote that we all go in state of trance very often, when we're focused into something. But if I personally usually start thinking about something else when I do something since a long time (it doesn't mean that I can't focus myself on something, just that I can't really think about the same thing during a long time), doest that mean that it would be more difficult to hypnotize me ?

@@donaldduck9227 Everybody experiences that, to a certain extent. If you find yourself experiencing it more often than most, look into the possibility of an ADHD diagnosis. In either case, if you find yourself getting a little bit distracted in hypnosis, don't panic or anything! Just simply and lightly dismiss that train of thought and draw your focus back to hypnosis. I like to imagine touching that thought with a feather and watching it disappear into mist. It becomes easier with practice, and those skills transfer to other parts of life, too!
