Hypnotize Yourself - Extra Deep Hypnosis 

After some weeks without hypnosis I listened to that clip once again. It's amazing how easily I could go into trance, how deep your voice took me, how good the sleep-trigger worked and how much I'm refreshed now. I have to thank you so much Kendal! Woah I closed my eyes and I could feel my body and I could hear the voice...I knew I was awake but when it was done I opened my eyes and I DON'T KNOW! I FELL ASLEEP BUT I WAS AWAKE!!!

It does not exactly make me sleep but oh my god, does it make me feel amazing!

By FAR the best induction on RU-vid. So many others use too much imagery, go too slow, or don't have a good cadence. I just wish she'd give some space before breaking out of it.

wow! this was cool! I tried to fall asleep and I did for this video but sadly when she woke me up I sucked in a lot of air and work up instantly. It would be cool if there was a video that hipnotized me to go to sleep and stay asleep because I have become very skeptical about all these other hypnosis videos because they all have just scares.

I especially love this Extra Deep video, after listening to it s few times I made it into its own playlist where it repeats four or five times, and by the last playing I am so deep I just fall asleep until I wake up. I wish you were doing other kinds of hypnosis videos besides what you have up here. I think I could really enjoy those as well 😉 thank you!

That was excellent. I went very deep, and although I was interrupted, I found I went right back into trance with no problem, when she snapped her fingers and said sleep. Really well done.

That was possibly the deepest trance I've been in while still retaining some awareness It felt so relaxing and effortless to follow along Loved it

Great track. I gave my self the suggestion (imagine the writing appearing on the blackness of your eyelids) that the count up at the end would in fact take me deeper, and that I would take off the headphones, turn off the laptop and when I close my eyes I would instantly not only return to trance but be deeper than ever before.

Hi,I have had problems finding an induction that really works for me. That is, until I found this video. I cannot tell exactly what it is, but your voice really makes me let go.

This was very good and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I was wondering if you planned on doing something like this that was a bit longer? Say an hour or an hour and a half perhaps? With the freeze suggestions or others combined all into one session? I think that would be very nice. Thank you for posting these videos.

I am literally laying on the ground and can't move my legs because I'm to relaxed I can only move my arms

The best hypnosis I tried, when she snaped her fingers my eyes automatic closed and my legs shaked the whole time, I could not move my legs but I could move the arms a little.
