Okay so craziest experience of my life…I’ve been trying to astral project every night for months and gave up because I couldn’t lift from my body feeling like I had a block. I switched to manifesting for the last month. I took my birth control out yesterday and then the wild experience began. Not kidding you, I jumped to 2 different parallel universes with my higher self in which I was rich. One I was happy, one I was sad. When I jumped, my hair was blowing my body felt like it was diving through the sky at a million miles an hour. It was the most profound experience of my life.

Wow @JOHNandJACK I am so deeply happy for you. This is my dream. I too gave up and only after a few weeks! I have been to the point of vibrating and feeling like my heart is pulsating and i wake up excited. I should continue shouldn't I?? I'd love any advice ❤❤❤

Set the intention and let go. You will not go anywhere while you are still holding on. You must let go, let go of fear, let go of trying to make it happen. Let of of yourself and trust in your higher being and you will fly :-) So much love from my heart to yours.

I met my higher self she/I was cover in bright light it was warm. As soon as I saw her/me I gave her a big long hug n bust into tears just from the hug and wen she/me look me in my eyes n wiped away my tears she was also crying. She told me that it would be okay. This is the first time I’ve ever cried during meditation

I read all those comments and second night I am falling asleep in the first 10min and miraculously wake up when I hear it's time to get back... I do not have a memory of the dream, I just feel relaxed. What can that mean? Additionally - you have beautiful voice. I've never been good in meditation but your voice is half of the magic ❤️

I saw a purple orb during this meditation. I researched and found this...Visualizing the color purple during meditation indicates imagination and spirituality. Purple is an introspective color that enables us to connect more intensely with our innermost thoughts. It helps us widen our awareness and connect with the higher level of thoughts that surround our realm of consciousness. This ability of the color purple to establish a connection with the higher levels of consciousness has led it to be related to the transformation of one’s soul.

I was not fully relaxed but i went true black and sparkling shower to gold. Going true the years i saw myself in the ages. Blue skys and green grass. Going by as a movie so faster. Finally I ended in a red sky. Probably the red moon friday I loved it

Ok just had weird experiences when meditating with this vid 1) I was somewhere in Europe. Probably 1950s? 1960s? I remember seeing cobble stones. I was on a bike but I was in a basket. I felt like I was a child sitting or in the basket. I was just riding it along 2) Then I’m out in the middle of the ocean. Pacific for some reason and I’m in one of those ancient Polynesian boats. Like the one in Moana. But they were putting babies in this wooden box and drowning them as we were sailing? At first I wasn’t sure what they were. Anyways idk what any of that means. But I figured I would share

When i fell asleep after that meditation, i saw someone provoking me to die . I threw myself down from a very high spot to escape and for a while i float with others, i was falling oh what a feeling. I was so scared. Then i woke up in my sleep, alive, but not different. I was the same.

So I had a wild thought. Fear really is the mind killer. Think about death. Associating your dreams/desires/what you truly want with death. If you go after your true desires you will die, but then you have to realize that we all die anyways. So you might as well die for what you love. The worst that could happen is the best that could happen; finding out that maybe death does not happen chasing your true dreams and desires.

I've never meditated. Can't seem to quiet my mind, so never tried until this video. I read so many good comments that I thought, "why not give it a try?" I stopped the video at the 18 minute mark because according to the guidance I was suppossed to be in the presence of my higher self at that point, well I wasn't and the guidance is telling you to ask your higher self questions. I just felt icreasingly frustrated. I might give it a try another day with much much lower expectations.

Hi, yes, be gentle with yourself and relax as much as possible. There are many things about meditating, visualizing, and hearing or seeing your higher self that can take a bit of time to practice if you have never done it before. There are some explainer videos and many meditations on the channel that may help you along the journey. Stick with it; there is a myriad of benefits for your body and mind.
